MindOps Account and Data Deletion

Last updated: August 14, 2026

This page explains how to delete a MindOps account and associated data, or how to delete only optional Daily Calibration and Meta-Perception data.

Subscription warning: deleting your MindOps account does not cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription separately in Google Play subscriptions if you do not want it to renew.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to MindOps.
  2. Open Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Read the confirmation and confirm permanent deletion.

This is the fastest route and permanently removes the MindOps account and associated account data after the request succeeds.

Option 2: Request account deletion outside the app

Email: the86unit@gmail.com

Subject: MindOps Account Deletion Request

  1. Send the request from the email address associated with your MindOps account.
  2. If you cannot use that address, explain this in the request. Additional verification may be required.
  3. Do not send your password or Google Play purchase token.

Verified external requests are normally completed within 30 days.

What MindOps deletes with the account

What may remain

MindOps does not intentionally retain active account data after deletion. Limited records may remain temporarily in service-provider backups or security logs until the provider's normal deletion or rotation cycle is complete, or where retention is required by law. Google may retain purchase and transaction records under Google Play's own terms and legal obligations.

Delete only Meta-Perception data

You do not need to delete your account to withdraw Daily Calibration consent. In MindOps, open Settings > Meta-Perception Data and select Withdraw Consent & Delete Data.

This permanently deletes Daily Calibration history, consent records, baseline, streak, Rank, and related Meta-Perception data. Your account, optional training progress, and subscription remain available. A new Daily Calibration will require consent again.
