MindOps is published on Google Play under the developer name Hermit HTH. For privacy requests, contact the86unit@gmail.com.
This policy explains how MindOps processes personal data when you create an account, use mental-training features, complete the optional Daily Calibration protocol, or verify a Google Play subscription.
MindOps is a wellness and mental-acuity self-monitoring tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
If you explicitly consent, MindOps processes self-reported attentional stability, mental clarity, activation, emotional load, perceived control, predicted performance, confidence, post-probe attention, and short probe results such as accuracy and reaction-time metrics. The record also includes the local date, time-zone offset, completion time, consent version, and protocol version.
These responses may reveal information about your perceived cognitive or emotional state and are treated conservatively as health-related information. They are used only to provide your personal longitudinal calibration, stability, consistency, and progression views.
MindOps uses this information to measure app usage, understand feature and funnel performance, diagnose product issues, improve the service, and measure the effectiveness of MindOps marketing and acquisition activities. This information is not sold and is not used to provide third-party targeted advertising.
MindOps does not collect location or contacts, and it does not access photos or media files. MindOps does not use personal data for third-party advertising and does not sell personal data.
Where applicable, account functionality and subscription verification are processed to provide the service you request; security processing is based on the legitimate need to protect MindOps and its users; Daily Calibration data is processed on the basis of your explicit consent; and limited records may be processed where required by law.
Daily Calibration is optional. You can withdraw consent at any time in Settings > Meta-Perception Data. Withdrawal permanently deletes your Daily Calibration history, baseline, streak, Rank, and related Meta-Perception records. Your account, optional training progress, and subscription remain available. MindOps will not process a new Daily Calibration unless you consent again.
Personal data is not sold or disclosed for advertising. MindOps uses service providers only where necessary to operate the app:
These providers may process data in countries other than your own under their applicable contractual, legal, and security safeguards.
Account, progress, and entitlement data is retained while your MindOps account remains active, unless you request deletion sooner. Daily Calibration data is retained until you withdraw consent, delete the Meta-Perception data, or delete your account.
You can permanently delete your MindOps account from Settings > Delete Account, or use the external account-deletion page. Account deletion removes data controlled by MindOps, including authentication, calibration, Rank and progression, saved progress, custom-audio metadata and files, session grants, and subscription-entitlement records.
Limited records may remain temporarily in service-provider backups or security logs until the provider's normal deletion or rotation cycle is complete, or where retention is required by law. Google may retain purchase or transaction records under Google Play's own terms and legal obligations.
Deleting a MindOps account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play.
Data is encrypted in transit. MindOps uses authenticated access, database access controls, and trusted backend operations to restrict account data to the relevant user and the services needed to operate MindOps. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to certain processing. You may withdraw Daily Calibration consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
